She enables capability building and transformation processes at individual, group and implicit organizational level.
Adriana is an ICF certified coach, a structural dynamics interventionist and has an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change with INSEAD. She is a firm advocate of experiential learning in all its forms bringing a systemic, result-oriented focus to her coaching interventions.
